P90X2 Yoga (Yoga X2) Review – NEW!

As eveyrone who knows me can attest, I am a BIG Yoga fan.  I got introduced to Yoga in P90X.  Like everyone, I really struggled with it in the beginning.  After about 4 weeks though, I started to noticed that I could do things that I couldn’t do before.  Poses became easier.  My balance improved.  Dare I say, I even felt more coordinated.

So, now the new version of P90X2 comes out.  Guess which DVD I put in first???  Yep.  Yoga X2.

First thing you’ll notice.  It’s only 66 minutes!  Not the hour and a half that P90X Yoga X was.  This should make a lot of people very happy!

Second thing I noticed is that it seems a little faster paced.  Seems to flow really well.  I need to practice and learn some of the new poses, but overall I liked the new workout.
